Indian Lake owners who intend to rent their homes must notify the Indian Lake Board of their intent by filing the “Notification of Rental Agreement” form. The purpose of the rental agreement is to ensure that all parties are familiar with and agree to restrictions regarding rentals, and the rules and regulations associated with Indian Lake. Both the homeowner and the renter must complete and sign the agreement. Once completed, the form is then submitted to the Indian Lake Association Board. Failure to comply could render ILA facilities such as the Lake and Tennis Courts unavailable to renters.
